Tetanus (Td or Tdap)- record of up to date vaccination (within the last 10 years)
MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) - record of 2 vaccinations, proof of immunity, or recent (within 1 month) booster ( MMR not required if born in 1956 or earlier)
Varicella (chicken pox) - history of disease, proof of immunity, or record of vaccination
Pneumococcal - record of Pneumovax 23 or Prevnar 20
Influenza (Flushot) - during flu season - October to March
Covid-19 vaccine -completed series(approved by WHO or FDA) and Covid-19 booster within past 12 months

Hepatitis B - completion of 3 dose series, recent vaccination (next dose not due yet), or proof of immunity
Varicella (chicken pox) - up to date vaccination (age 1-6 years), history of chicken pox, proof of immunity
Pneumococcal (Pneu-C-13) - completion of primary series or up to date vaccination
Influenza (Flushot) - during flu season - October to March (age 6months and older)
Covid-19 vaccine - completed primary series (approved by WHO or FDA) required age 6 months and older and Covid-19 booster within past 12 months
If your physician determines you have a medical contraindication to a vaccine, please bring medical documentation from your physician.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
Please bring records of your immigration vaccines and immunity lab tests (if required) to your visit for your us visa medical exam.
